guest feature: the inspiring ‘success sunday’ story by Anna — Jenkings Health Coaching

hey fellow entrepreneurs! if you’re anything like us, you love inspiring success stories. 🤍 stories that might help you find the right mindset — or even encourage you to take a turn on your path you wouldn’t necessarily take by yourself.

we wanted to give a platform for this type of empowerment, and started a special initiative called ‘success sunday’ on our instagram. success can take on many forms about reaching for your dreams, chasing your passions, and making a difference in the world — we believe that true success stems from finding joy and fulfilment in your everyday life. we want to spread joy, and be part of a movement to create a world where success is within everyone's reach!

in this week’s inspiring feature and spotlight we have Anna, Wellness & Stress Coach @jenkinshealthcoaching — we asked three questions about her success, and here’s what she answered:

1) what’s the difference of your past version compared to the version you are today?

“In the past, I always prioritized work and was struggling with life balance and poor well-being. I was very performance-driven.

Today my well-being is a priority; when I’m well and manage my stress, I also manage well my work and I thrive. But most importantly, I enjoy great life balance, my everyday life is enjoyable, and I love the work that I do.”

2) what was your breakthrough moment?

“When I found the courage to quit my well-paid corporate job as a marketing executive and decided to pursue a new career as a coach without knowing the outcome. I felt so empowered! And finally, it felt even better when I started signing corporate clients to my coaching practice.”

3) what would be your best advice for other entrepreneurs?

“When I started working as a coach, one of the best pieces of advice I got was this; start acting as the successful coach you want to become. This advice helped me to step outside of my comfort zone and push forward, especially during difficult times. And finally, if you put in the time and effort, success will follow.”
