Last month I had the privilege to give a speech for founders about my favorite topic: fear. I asked everyone in the room to close their eyes, and raise their hand if they currently had a fear that was either slowing them down, or fully stopping them. Over half of the people raised their hands.
Fear is not a decision. Itâs a feeling.
You have fear? Thatâs okay. You were not meant to be fearless.

The best kind of feedback I received after my speech was: âYour presence is so luminous, that you belong to a stage in somewhere like New York!â â and EVERYONE who knows me, knows that New York is my absolute favourite city đ So it felt extra special!
