“starting the weeks with monday weekly focus meets with @neamsociety, and I have to say these have become so meaningful to me (basics, not even half way there and already worrying how these will end soon 😂)”

WEEK 1

"Getting used to a new routine to kick things off! I’m usually pretty wiped on Monday mornings when a new week starts, but this time, I was genuinely excited to dive in.

Initially, I set my focus too broadly, but on Thursday, I got guidance on how to narrow it down in a practical way. Taking small steps allows me to experience small wins too! I also got to know the other participants and introduced myself in the Business Lounge.

Nothing earth-shattering yet, but my enthusiasm is through the roof!"

“me being so excited to start the first @neamsociety meet! 😍 if something doesn’t start happening soon, then it never will. 💁‍♀️”

WEEK 2

"Things are starting to fall into place! I’m getting better at setting weekly goals and keeping my focus (although it's still tough, especially with a busy week like this one. It feels like I can’t make time for my own things...so frustrating).

It would be helpful to get a reminder mid-week via WhatsApp or email (I prefer WhatsApp! 😄) like, 'Hey, it's Wednesday! Are you staying focused? If not, take a breath and refocus where you need it.'

In Thursday’s Power Break, I got an incredibly practical example about managing excitement. I realized it’s okay to get inspired and want to do things, but I can calmly tell myself to schedule it for later and put it in my calendar. That way, my enthusiasm is safely 'stored' – this was such an important takeaway for me!"

WEEK 3

"I’ve started to look forward to organizing my thoughts each week. This is the only 'thing' that actually gives me permission to invest in my business development (which is silly because, of course, I should prioritize it anyway! 😅).

We’ve had fantastic discussions in the weekly focus sessions and Power Breaks with the other participants. I gain something to think about from practically everyone’s input, and it’s comforting to speak up and see others nodding along, validating my challenges and thoughts. It's such a relief to realize I’m not alone in struggling with these things.

The highlight of this week was a concrete reminder during the Power Break (or maybe it was the weekly focus 😄) about self-talk. Lately, I’ve been so busy that I slip into this negative, self-critical mindset. The coaching session emphasized how much the things we say to ourselves at night before bed and first thing in the morning impact the flow and energy of our day. That night, I went to sleep telling myself, 'Wow, I really accomplished things today; I made time for myself and my kids. Good job, me!' I slept SO peacefully. Usually, I fall asleep beating myself up for not finishing my to-do list (which is impossible to complete because it’s not realistically planned out!).

This week, I also had my first sparring session with Minna, and wow – I got so much done during that meeting and beyond! We went through some things that were overwhelming me, and together we blocked time in my calendar, even set a day off for myself. I immediately felt things moving forward. Minna also checked in later to see how things were going, which was amazing. Nothing beats positive accountability, and that’s exactly what I need most!"

“hey I had to come and say THANK YOU for today’s talks! 😍 I was able to unlock so many things, I’ve just been sitting here after thinking “right, so this is how it should be done” 😂 and special thanks for making me accountable, because of that I made my plan that I promised (nearly forgot it 😂) so really, thank you all for sharing your experience and thoughts 😍!”

at week 4 we had an online workshop: branding yourself and the shared conversation between other travellers (12-week program takers) was on fire!! that’s exactly why we need peer support; new perspective, ideas, and overall support — from woman to woman! <3

WEEK 4

"The fourth week started off with more ease – I’m definitely getting into the swing of things! This week’s focus session was great because I attended while on a spinning bike (nothing better than joining in a way that fits my style), and I’m now comfortable enough with the other participants that I didn’t mind showing my sweaty face! 😄

What was really cool is that, thanks to last week’s connections, I was able to offer support to two other participants who needed help in specific areas. I let them know I could assist and connect them with others – it felt great. Meaningful networking is the best thing ever!"

WEEK 5

"For the first time, I started to think about what my true discomfort zone is, and it turns out to be sales – specifically, honest outbound sales.

I began to consider what I could do about it, and my first step was to explore different options. I even posted about it on LinkedIn to get the wheels turning!

This week, my most important realization was understanding why sales are challenging for me. One of the biggest reasons is the lack of a sales plan and process. It’s hard to get started when I don’t know where to begin. So, I’m tackling this step by step, and I plan to continue doing this throughout the coaching program. Apparently, we’re supposed to step outside our comfort zones every week! 😄 So, thank you for these much-needed nudges!" ❤️

WEEK 6

"This week was my least favorite – sales week! But how great that this is 'mandatory,' because otherwise, I wouldn’t have done it at all.

The best part has been that we now have a chat for all participants where we’ve been cheering each other on, and it’s been absolutely amazing. It’s wonderful to gain energy from the successes of others.

The HIGHLIGHT was my one-on-one sparring session with Minna, where I unlocked some insights about my specialization. Minna was the only one who suggested I could specialize based on values rather than skills, and it was a mind-blowing moment (cliché, but it truly was! 😄).

During the same meeting, we laid out clear steps for how I could approach sales in my way, rather than following what others might do or what is stereotypically expected. We focused on what feels natural to me and reinforced that. It was also really beneficial that we agreed on a numerical goal that is genuinely achievable each week.

It was a super week that will significantly benefit my entire business in the long run!"

…stay tuned for more! the program is still on-going currently on week 7 — we can’t wait to share more from the journey. lot’s have been done, but we’re only getting started here!
